As an ADHDer myself, I understand how hard is to remember everything and how you really need to externalise much of the executive functioning that is lacking in our brains.
I've always built automations and systems to support my work and keep me productive and now I offer those same skills to others to do the same.
Systems that support ADHD
Trying to organise everything with an ADHD brain is a bit like controlling ants or trying to plug holes in a sinking ship with your fingers - it's not easy.
I've tried numerous tools, systems and ways of working over the years to get things done and stay on top of my priorities.
And I think I'm pretty good at it!
And whilst what works for me, might not work for you, I excel in finding simple and easy ways to avoid doing boring or unnecessary work - and I want to help you to do the same.
So that's what I'm here for to help you get more done, with less stress, less overwhelmed, less boredom, more enthusiasm, more enjoyment and a greater sense of accomplishment.
What do you get?
- We will conduct an initial 60 to 90 minute call to understand what's going on for you, what you currently do, how you do it, the things you use, the tools and systems you love and hate.
- We'll then meet weekly to set things up, adapt things, automate things, connect them together - you then try them out and report back - with me on hand on Whatsapp for any questions you have.
All of the above is just £499+VAT per month for as long as you need me!
