ADHD sucks sometimes.
Yes, people go on about how brilliant is to have such amazing ideas, be able to look at things in different ways, be personable, funny, quick witted, communicative.
But what about the procrastination? What about the struggles with prioritisation? What about not knowing which way to go next? What about struggling with ambiguity?
Maybe it's just me, but I'm pretty sure it isn't.
The thing that helps me move forward is having deadlines and accountability - real ones.

Because there's nothing more frustrating than knowing how much you could achieve if things were a little bit different. I understand this implicitly and I'm here to help you.
What do you get?
- Daily prompts from me via WhatsApp asking you how are you getting on? Whether you did the thing you were planning to do the previous day and what you're planning to work on next.
- We will also cover off the things that block you or get in the way and come up with strategies and ideas to address those things moving forwards.
